Lightweight, quietly clever, and built to last — this crewneck tee speaks the language of engineers, site leads, and anyone who quietly holds projects together. A hand-drawn column supports a heavy slab above the tongue-in-cheek line “I CANNOT BE FIRED, I AM A LOAD‑BEARING EMPLOYEE.” It’s the kind of shirt you pull on for lab days, site visits, or casual Fridays when you want to share a dry joke with coworkers without shouting for attention. The muted palette and minimalist print let the design read clearly whether layered under a jacket or worn on its own. Breathable, soft cotton drapes comfortably while the structured neckline and taped shoulders keep the fit looking sharp after repeated wear. Subtle details — printed sleeve accents and a tear-away neck label — add a polished, low-key finish that aligns with practical humor and steady professionalism.
